I will not tolerate such rudeness from anyone she was very unhelpful and hug up on me before I finished talking she was also short, sharp and abusive towards me and also she was extremely rude to a friend of mine this has been on going for several months now on weekends. We are extremely offended by her attitude towards us it's bad business practice. We want an official public apology and she should dismissed oh and by the way school runs do not start at 11.30am on week day morning this is discrimination against a 93 year old disabled wheelchair bound lady and her full time carer. I will be taking the matter further. I will not be treated like dirt by a jumped up little pipsqueak and I will not be fobbed off by a load of daft excuses. We are regular customers and expect better curtious behaviour however we will take our business elsewhere. We will be reporting this taxi firm to the council first thing in the morning.
